This is a solid run using Decker and Internationale both on-file on Beginner. No custom changes were implemented, and the only NG+ feature I'm using is Rapier program with Power Drip. This run was pretty amazing RNG wise despite some missions, and the micro/execution in others. Most certainly can be sub 14, Although I'm content with the time for now.
