Recently, the HuniePop community took interest in this game, and I've recently added new resources/guides to the game and unified its ruleset language with HuniePop, and figured I should make an FAQ here too.

• How do I learn HunieCam Studio?

I don't have a great answer to that yet, the best I can say is to watch the record run. I'm hoping to have some kind of route text file soon, not that you'd have the time to read it midrun.

One possible route difference from the WR (which only uses 1 girl) is to get Nadia from the Model Agency. Recruiting 1 girl is faster than leveling up Talent/Style, plus she smokes/drinks, so she gets stressed less. Your first girl can be used to get multiple items, and occasional cigs/drinks.

Right now the goal for Normal Platinum is to reach 50,000 fans using the promos at midnight day 9, so essentially, your goal is to have the in-game timer frozen as little as possible while having enough resources to make that happen.

Of course, you have to downpatch the game or else your promos won't be good enough, and we allow turbo functions for the mouse button, which is most easily implemented by downloading the Speedrun Mod. See below.

• How do you mash so fast?

We don't! Turbo functions are allowed for this run. Buildings are capped at recognizing 10 clicks per second, so it doesn't break the game, it just allows you to run the game without breaking your mouse button + hand basically.

• What versions are there?

Version 1.0.1 just enabled Vsync, because the uncapped framerate can be a pain on the CPU, so that version can be ignored (the Speedrun Mod implements its own framerate cap independent of monitor refresh rate).

Version 1.0.2 added Rock Hard Mode, and generally nerfed values across the board (in particular, Promos cost more and give less Fans than 1.0).
