Retiming runs
I'm retiming runs from now on by going frame by frame to look when the first ingame action was made and when the last "...has capitulated" message appeared
I was also thinking about making an autosplitter for Hoi but I currently don't know how to do this

I believe it is done on the event coming up in a memory address. I'll debug the event tonight to see where the base address is so we can do it.
