The run starts at 29:15.
For this one I used 1 marked vehicle with a bomb on it. It's been a strat to damage one of the cars for quite some time now, but we usually do it with a precise sniper rifle shot. Using a car is faster, obviously. Other than that just get a Maverick from Calm before the Storm. I believe that you need to aim with a Sniper Rifle after you get out of Taxi if you're playing on PS2, though. Not sure :P
