After extensive consideration of the mod team, we have decided to change the timing rules for the individual levels on the Lasagna World Tour leaderboards.

There were a few reason for this change. Firstly: We felt, that console runners had unfair advantage as the timing rules included the initial load of the level, even if it didn't have any gameplay. Secondly: An even wider issue with the old timing method, however, was that in an instance where a runner would submit an IL from an any% run, the level load in would be around a second faster, even on PC. This would give unfair advantage to people submitting ILs from any%, compared to people who would grind them from a save.

Because of these reasons we decided that the change was necessary. The new rules are as follows:

Timing starts on first visible frame of cutscene upon loading in the level. On levels without cutscenes timing starts on first frame of visible gameplay upon loading in the level. Timing ends on the first frame of black screen upon reaching the end of the level. On levels with no ending cutscene, timing ends on the first frame the save menu is visible.
