I had a conflict over discord with a speedrun community and they kept deleting any forum posts i made. I asked them now if i at least am allowed to submit speedruns on SRC. Not more not less. They banned me from that. Are they allowed to do that? I have NEVER violated any site rules nor have i ever cheated. I feel severely excluded already, but banning from submitting a perfectly legitimate run?! Again i dont ever wanna interact with the community itself again, but my runs have nothing to do with this.
According to the site rules: In addition, while we are not seeking to police people's Twitch, Twitter, Discord, and other social medias, we may issue bans for the following regardless of if it is on-site or off-site conduct. As with the above list, this is by no means exhaustive.
-Physical threats -Excessive criminal behavior or threats of criminal behavior -Excessive harassment -Blackmail -Posting or seeking personal information (doxxing)
Game moderators are generally allowed to ban users from submitting runs to specific game(s), without getting said user banned from the entire site as well, including for non run-related reasons such as harassment.

For a more concrete example, you can consider the various user blacklists for Super Mario Sunshine. The users listed in the document were banned from Super Mario Sunshine leaderboards and had their runs removed for off-site conduct (read the document for specifics), but are not necessarily banned from speedrun.com as a whole.
If you feel you've been unjustly banned, you can try to petition it via Support Hub request, but don't expect miracles.
