You unfortunately have to wait awhile, for your account has to be at least 30 days old to request games.

@jackzfiml The account must be 7 days old for a new game request, unless something's been changed recently. 30 days is only required for requesting moderation of an existing leaderboard with inactive moderators.

I’m gonna go and look at the game request rules. I definitely mixed that up with something.
