I've practiced awhile for this speedrun but I can't find any times anywhere else on the Internet. I think it would be pretty cool for Pokemon Yellow to have a Glitch% Category, as it is very competitive, and I can't seem to find a leaderboard anywhere else. I've only seen a 1:46 and a 1:54 on YouTube, but my times are much better (high 1:30's). That would be great if this was made a category! Thanks.

"as it is very competitive" According to SDA and PokémonSpeedruns Timing Method, only IG-time matters. Since you can get 0 minute, you can't grind for WR so it would make no sense because everyone would have 0 minute. Also, "No Save Corruption" is for the category for all glitches allowed except the Save Corruption. If you intend to run the game competitively, try the NSC :)
