I would like to start speedrunning some minecraft maps. But there are none under the game Minecraft. I've found a couple of maps standing alone as if it was a game (Ex. 15 seconds).... I really think they should be put in a group under the game Minecraft...

Maybe that question would be more clever under the Minecraft forums. Else you can still ask the Minecraft community and, in case you want to and the community agrees, request a map.

Go to the romhacks section ( http://www.speedrun.com/mc/romhacks ), it has custom maps there.
