For speedruns of levels after the first (prisoners,jade,completi etc) : Does a run apply to that category if it starts at the bikers (e.g: would an insiders Any% be able to start at the bikers but end at the insiders end still count?) And is starting at a non-biker level also an allowed way to start a run?

I was thinking about that myself a bit ago. I think that starting from an earlier level should be allowed for IL runs, with time starting when you enter the level you're running.
