First RNG-based mission. Secret random timers are triggered during the mission. Overall you can lose several tens of seconds if you are unlucky. I have not been able to time properly these secret timers, but I have improved my PB by 40 seconds, so I guess I've been far less unlucky than my previous attempts. The electricity supply has to be restored in order to prevent flashovers, however, it will start electrical fires in the buildings if you are unlucky.
