Routing notes: • Brother Main's route with Mazimov's additions is very refined. I put a lot of hours into trying to optimize this route and found only a small number of time saves. • It's faster to complete the surface ending than it is to get the underwater sector diskette (both give 1% completion). • It's faster to get Dash Booster H before doing the lower volcanic sector, as it enables us to complete the area in one pass instead of three. • I think getting the propeller early is just barely slower, but I could easily be wrong about this. • After completing the derelict, you can get the underwater sector diskette instead of getting the upper sandrock sector health pack. You'd then teleport to the teleporter above security and go through the sandrock sector to get to the underwater sector health pack. General Notes: 1:12 - You can instead get this pillar immediately after obtaining Dash Booster V by jumping from the one block gap in the left wall of the room below. 7:13 - This jump is pretty tight. It can help to jump immediately after walking off the platform. 20:53 - Try to hit Overgrowth with the end of the dash to both deal damage and position the Plasma Field to hit. 24:34 - As a safety strat, you could pick up the lower volcanic health pack before going to the lower volcanic sector. 25:15 - This fight uses the same strategy as for Overgrowth. I leave the lower weak point for last because I lure Multicore down to jump height as the lava recedes. 37:48 - Once you lose control of your character, the game saves, so you can safely close and reopen the game. 40:21 - It's faster to open delta, beta, alpha, and then gamma.
