100% secrets now required for Map 15 Doom II UV Max/NM Max

This video will explain how to do the trick to get the secret hidden in a linedef, that normally requires a pain elemental. In this trick, it uses the quick save quick load feature of the Unity port of Doom, and since it is allowed to be used in full game UV Max runs, it is going to be required to be obtained in the run. Good luck to any and all UV Max runners of this game. You will always be a legend in my eyes.

Consistent E4M1 Keygrab

You need a good enough top right strafe, to test it go to the discord tab in the side bar. I don't know the minimum requirements, as my bad controller I tested was worse than sr40. Pc can use it.

If you go too fast it may not work.

Does your game feel...well...terrible? Read this.

If there is a guide already in here for this, then whoops...whatever here's another one..

Go into your settings.
- Turn vsync off
- Set FPS to 0 (the highest one)
- Adjust your sensitivity accordingly.

Personally I set MY sensitivity all the way down, and adjust it with the buttons on my mouse. If yours has that as well, try it out. Everyone obviously has their comfort zone.

Not alot of people know about adjusting the settings, especially newer runners. Hope this helps you all enjoy the game more.

Doom II Speedrun Tutorial (outdated, but still useful for controller players)

Here you will find a guide to learn how to speedrun Doom II for yourself on the ITYTD difficulty.

E1M4 Blue Room SR50 to exit

This is a guide to skip the yellow key in E1M4, the jump is normally really tricky but this is the most consistent setup I could find, this saves overall about 8 seconds factoring in the route change, credit to TwoFoxSix for the mention of changing E1M5 to accommodate for the extra rockets.
