Patch Used and Infinite Special Use
I am a bit curious, what version of DKII is used for the speedrun. I see in the v1.7 patch in the resources that fixed the bug where late game creatures wouldn't spawn naturally.
I know on the older versions, at least the physical releases, there was another massive glitch akin to the invisibility bug that involved the specials. If you let a special be housed in a library, and you paused the game with the spell menu up, you can click the special infinitely to stack the effect (went away when you unpaused) which was patched out in one of the later updates. If it were possible to down-patch (or run the release DK2 somehow) would that be viable in runs to help slay the LotL/keepers faster if the level contained a level up special?
