This is a kaizo track without paid upgrades. I don't think the devs intended/expected this track to be beatable on hard without them. Even I don't think it'd be possible without PTA.
It also can't really be beaten fast. I turn off fast forward because I found in my testing that bloons leak a lot more if fast forward is on than if it's off. To try to do it without stopping fast forward you would need a lot more glue/spikes early on, but if you do that you won't have enough money to build farms/towers fast enough and you will fail the later rounds. I would love to be proven wrong though, and for someone to develop a strategy that can beat this track a lot faster.
I use notes to tell myself what to do on each track regarding glue, fast forward, spikes, etc. The tower route and placements I have memorized.
