What would be a good software to use to screen record cause my best time is a 4:02:53 but all I have is a picture of the timer with lap count

I'm using OBS, but I have to crop my screen to the game beforehand by pixel dimensions to fit the game, so I don't have to show my whole desktop screen.

My best time is 7:02 but I as well don’t have a screen record ( I use my school computer lol) I play when I’m bored in class
