There are a couple of things I think should be done for future runs:

1. Require video proof for videos under 1 minute. Elix is a great runner and I have no doubt that their 55 is legit, so I wouldn't remove that. However, most games require video proof on here of course, and with the end screen being one that would be extremely easy to photoshop, I'd recommend requiring videos in the future

2. Put frame count as centiseconds, even though they aren't. A lot of IGTs don't show true time but are put as face value on SRC. To keep things consistent and simple, runs like Elix's that are technically 55.580 should be counted as 55.290, i.e., the frame-counted timer.

I've modded before and could help here in a further capacity if you'd like, but those are just some small suggestions in the meantime.

Slight amendment to this: we should probably actually have RTA, but with IGT secondarily. It’s very easy to calculate RTA anyway, and that way we don’t have to focus on one version or the other for the sake of frame counting.
