I don't like turbo, so I don't use it. But I don't know for the others. I don't know either if someone has already use turbo during a run.

I discussed it with a couple of the runners and for now we are banning turbo.

I've also gone ahead and added banning the use of emulators that don't prioritize accuracy (such as Duckstation or Bleem!) into the rules since I know that has come up before.
