What a session I had this morning. My PB went from 1:24.84 down to this. I this was mostly attributed to faster turning and taking less times on the brakes. Occasionally I can curve down the straightaways without braking, making my next turn easier. Now I think with good precision a sub-1:20 is definitely possible. I would have never thought of that yesterday since I was working so hard on reaching 1:23, the previous WR. After this I tried a bit longer but moved on to something else instead of continuing the great session. Twice later today I tried for a half hour and had some close ones, but no more PBs.
