As of today, Quantum of Solace PC speedruns will now be timed without loads. To automatically time your run without loads, just download Livesplit, then in your splits settings, select this game and enable the autosplitter. After that, your timer will automatically pause during the loading screens.

Since this only works for PC games, console speedruns will still be timed using real time, including the loading screens.
