I've compiled a bunch of information including the full left reels for all 30 levels, information about how points are calculated and my strats for completing each level.

Puzslot slot patterns

The slot patterns aren't random -- you can predict at least the left slot 100% of the time. The starting slot may be different, but it's the same loop.
