The timing of the moving platform in the middle of the level is unfortunate. I intentionally pause for a bit to try and lag behind my own ghost - the trick is to avoid bumping into the platform and squeeze through at full speed instead. Significant route improvements would be required to find a way to fly through before it closes.

Stomped too late at the end, hands got shaky there, easy extra ~50ms lost to nothing there.
