Yeah, the ILs differ by over 50 seconds (~0:40 vs ~1:32), and having enough BCs isn't a problem. Buying the key takes maybe 20 seconds, so even with very safe strats, 7-3 is faster. I know the feeling though, rocket levels are really fun.
When I submit multiplayer ScareScraper runs as player 1, somewhere between me pressing the submit button and the site processing the submission (not mod checks but actually getting the submission uploaded to the site), the player order gets shifted, bumping player 1 (myself) to player 3, player 3 to player 2, and player 2 to player 1. This is despite having selected the "You are Player 1 option" in the submission. If it's a bug, I'd appreciate it being fixed sometime, and if it's something I might be doing, please let me know what I need to do.
I'd like to do a run of all 3 standard episodes with all gems and all challenges completed (I'm not a huge fan of the bonus stages). There's no category for this for the Switch, but there is for the Wii U (100% since that's all there is on it). I was wondering: Is there any differences between the two versions that would noticeably affect the time to complete these requirements? And if not, is it possible to add the Switch to the list of consoles for Wii U 100%? Thanks!
Agreed; finding time for full-game runs is often infeasible, but ILs can be recorded much quicker
300% might be a little ambitious/insane, but I would be interested in running a 100%+All puzzle pieces. I have heard interest in the idea of puzzle piece runs from the DKCTF community at a GDQ before as well.
I'd like to see individual world speedruns added to this game (like DKCR), since the built-in leaderboard to my knowledge only has IL times
Most definitely. I was going between hysterical laughter and thinking 'wait, WHAT?' for maybe 2 minutes straight.
