There are some awesome Game Genie code I've played around with. The two real dope ones are the one that lets you walk through walls and the other one lets you bomb regular bricks as if they were destructible ones. This has allowed me to explore a ton out of bounds. You can even get over to the area to the right in your above video clip. Cheers.

I'm a casual runner (no video capture equipment). Using my cell phone stopwatch to time my runs. Just got a 14.41 which I think is the fastest for the route I'm doing (not Kraid first). Anyway, I've noticed that when I beat the game and restart the "2nd quest" if I go to Norfair and try to get screw attack, the power up is missing in the Chozo orb. Anybody have any idea why that would be? All the other power ups that I didn't get on the first pass appear to still be there. Really just a curiosity. I figure it has to be some bug/glitch in the code that manifests itself based on the route I'm taking through the game the first time. Thanks!
