I have seen that on the Oculus Quest Series that u can play Flee the Facility which would be a possible platform to speedrun this game on

hes only active for a couple a days one month and then wont go online till next month so it might take a while

I know that I am not a moderator and can not prove my thought, but most likely it wont be added as Race Mode defeats the use of the no Stroke out rule. Unless the moderators add it as its own category with it's own rules.
