I don't have power in DmC:DMC, but I am a mod for DMC1. I actually don't check this website often, but I set it so I get emails for runs. There was actually a post in the DMC1 forum that I didn't know about that I recently responded to. The best way to contact me is through my other accounts, e.g., Twitch or Youtube, because there just isn't enough activity for me to on this website often. I suppose that this may also be true for other people as well. It's best not to just make a forum post, but also see if the mods have some other accounts on other websites where you can directly message them.

Fastest version for IGT is 360. Second fastest for IGT is PS3. However, for real time, PS2 might be possibly faster than PS3.

For Normal mode, JPN PS2 is faster than USA PS2. For DMD!, I'm not too sure.

Best version is still PS2 though IMO. Note that the HD versions are superficially faster(the IGT doesn't count the loading times in the HD versions, while it does in the PS2 version). If we are talking about actual gameplay, PS2 version is probably faster because the HD version has a few glitches that probably slow you down a bit, but it might not even matter, probably at most a few seconds time lost.

Run whatever version you want.

Currently, if you go to a series webpage, it lists all of the games using their box art. Then I went to the Final Fantasy series page and I actually got confused, due to the fact that some games are missing, as well as some of the box art lacking the actual title name. I feel that a good backup is just have the option to list the games as text. Another option is to have the name under each box art, which can be helpful as well for those who can't read Japanese for games that only came out in Japan(I'm not sure if this is currently an issue, but it can be).

So I see that a group of three people decided to moderate every single Devil May Cry game, but as far as I can see, these three people only play DMC3 and DMC4.

As for me, I run DMC1, and being a WR holder, I know much about this game, that the leaderboards are just not done correctly. There's even an extremely stupid mistake, where a run is located in a completely incorrect category. The 43:11 run located in the Dante Must Die! section is actually a Normal mode run, which BTW is my run as well.

In reality, the big problem is trying to be all inclusive. Every single game in the DMC series is different from each other, that in reality, though they are all tied together with the series name, each game might as well be a different series(except for DMC3 and DMC4). So as a result, I actually don't think that these moderators are qualified for every single game in the DMC series. That said, I'm not sure of the state of the series, because as far as I know, there really isn't anyone who knows every single game well enough to moderate all of them.
