While I understand the category, the rule "Warps not allowed." doesn't cover for the need to use warp pads in stage 4 to progress. Changing it to "All elevators must be used" or "No warps in hidden rooms allowed." is clearer. Hidden rooms being those that you can't pull up the map.
The currently posted "warpless" run takes a warp from stage 5 to stage 6, and then following that a warp from stage 6 to stage 7. Watch at about 23:45, just before entering the warp room to skip stage 5. Honestly, this video should be removed, it's not a speedrun, let alone a warpless one.
Why are the end of the speedrun categories arbitrary rooms, as if the game doesn't have an ending? If breaking it up is more interesting, I think the more obvious points are at the end of each pyramid.
Any% = any %, which includes 100% if it's faster, so why is there a slower any% run that's more recent than the 100% run? Shouldn't the faster 100% be on the Any% board as well? Usually the only reason to make the distinction is when 100% is slower.
Noticed this game entry, and tried to reach out to ri.aedan on discord, but haven't heard back. Anyway, I think it makes more sense to bundle the DOS version of the game with the Amiga more than the Genesis, so I made the other page purely Genesis.
Thought someone here might be interested in improving the current run. Here's my first time blind playthrough that took 9 hours 25 minutes. I'm not sure why there's so much time to save, I had some really bad parts, like the poison gas.
Just a quick note for any future runners interested in trying this game out: my IL routes were optimized for step count without tools. This means some levels might have time savings by taking extra steps to avoid pieces turning into walls, or step savings I over looked.
