before the wii shop closed, you were able to use the virtual console, meaning you could get old games on the new hardware. But the Wii shop has closed and so has the virtual console, so yes the only way to play it is if you already downloaded it, or you hack your Wii for it.
There was a Halloween update to Chapter 3 where Bendy and Sammy were replaced with the neighbor from Hello Neighbor. I've done 4 speedruns of this but 1 has been uploaded so I could give an example. Chapter 1 is here (My laptop was struggling recording this, it was fine when playing.) I've done Chapter 1-3 and then the full game. There is room for improvement, not because I wanted more people to try, but because I'm bad at this game. Please consider my request
