There is an hourglass logo (the third icon to the left of your name on the top right of the page), if you press 'view all' you can see your current runs submitted (and waiting for verification).
Verification can take up to weeks, just be patient.
They are added on the category extensions board. https://www.speedrun.com/outlastmemes
Make sure to press "Level runs" in the dock on the left side of the site, because by default you can only view full runs.
Hi moderators of speedrun.com,
The Alien: Isolation community just created a Category Extension page. We were wondering how to get the official "Category Extension" label for the page. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance!
This forum post will show you how to change the game speed (Speedhack) step by step through the third-party program CheatEngine. Each step is explained by a screenshot, press the Gyazo link to see this screenshot.
- Download and install (at least) CheatEngine 7.0 on https://www.cheatengine.org/downloads.php , when installing a previous version, the game will not speed up correctly. ( https://gyazo.com/8912f27df4361c6f4bf630241e57991d )
- Open Alien: Isolation
- Open CheatEngine, and press the glowing monitor with a magnifier glass icon in the top left corner. ( https://gyazo.com/0b4f47dc0b19105aefd8f67e4a996e1f )
- Select the Alien: Isolation process (note that the application code is different for everyone) , and press "Open" ( https://gyazo.com/b569ce415fd337c6a21f2f1f0726d705 )
- On the right side of the CheatEngine window, press the tick box next to "Enable Speedhack" ( https://gyazo.com/e55a3de7b2e7c5dee14a8b52ca63af8d )
- Now the "Speed" label appears, enter a speed here. (for a normal run, keep it at 1.0, for a 200% run, enter 2.0, etc.) ( https://gyazo.com/5e612416e128635a8323f6568509a4e4 )
Note that the game doesn't change the audio speed. Hence, on some places you still have to wait on the dialogue to end for a trigger to be hit (start of M5, M9, M15 etc.)
IMPORTANT NOTE! Close off CheatEngine and Alien: Isolation if you want to reset your speed to normal (1.0), any changes made in CheatEngine must be revoked by restarting the game and CheatEngine.
It is advised to not increase the speed above 5.0, after this the game becomes unplayable. Above 35.0 speed, the game breaks and the game slows down again. Be free to experiment!
Have fun running (really really fast)!
Also, some clips of speedhacks by Nolzze:

You could try and see if navigating in the menu with the arrow keys works for you
Reading this gives me a headache
Some of the OOB and tricks are easier with vsync disabled, therefore said you have to cap it, to make it fair for everyone that is not playing on a potato pc but also not with a beast pc
Out of Bounds (Boundaries) - Getting out of the boundaries of the level with the physical collider of the player.
With all due respect, kirkq. Indeed, me and most of the discussors here were dragged here by a streamer, but in my opinion that doesn't mean we can't give our opinion on this.
I have seen more communities go through stuff like this, myself including discussing about rules and stuff. I don't want to contradict myself by telling you and everyone that this is a very serious subject, I've indeed made a repectless joke.
Considering all the things that happened here, everyone can still have their opinion. The streamer wasn't giving me dialogues to put on the forum, those things came from my own rational perspective on how to change this specific speedgame site.
I truly believe uhTrance can be a good moderator, but I also believe he should discuss the rules with his community and actually listen to them. I am also sure that people who put a lot of efford into this game by for example finding a lot of strats and routes should have a bigger share in discussing what will happen with this site.
Can't talk for the others but I am sure everyone here has enough common sense to form their own opinion.
Trance, you keep telling the COMMUNITY can decide the rules, like 5 people agreed with removing stamina manipulating as being considered a glitch for the glitchless categories, but you still keep telling us that we should really get serious now. Excuses, excuses, excuses, and I'm quite done with it.
- You can say something in 1 message, not 3.
- It's an FPS thingy, so if your FPS is lower it's more common.
Common glitch, pretty rare, doesn't give any boost or such, just a player movement bug/glitch. Run won't be rejected if this happens.
To be honest, you're the leader of a community. You should listen to your community. Be reasonable and don't be all selfish - "I got mod so I can decide everything right now!" - it's even stated in the common speedrun.com rules on how to handle your game.
Aiming so now and then only makes the game more interesting - movement tech is cool, you know it. Give your community what it wants, get the speedgame together - both the leaderboard and rules. Communicate with your community - if you come up with such post, take their feedback, don't be a dictator in the games you're an (only) moderator on.
