The worst part is... I actually did Awesome% run. It was miserable.
It's very hard to react, look how bad the zoom is. And it's not a problem to do second and third one, btw, it's the problem to recognise where the first hole. https://imgur.com/a/ABFx5aT
I managed to get 198s on mobile, but because I got lucky with one specific pattern, so Awesome% on mobile would be even possible and not just luck based.
Main problem with this level is that there's no time to react to the hexagon with hole that is perpendicular to you, since lack of screen space makes you only guess how they will appear in the first place, so it's basically luck based. And pattern recognition works only half of the time. There is a strategy to place your triangle in the middle ob the screen, but sometimes even that's not even enough to react to that. So I wonder two things:
-
Is it possible to do pseudorandomization manipulation on the void, so there would be a consistent pattern that is slightly easier to read (because this pattern actually exist, this is how I got to 198s).
-
Is there's a strategy to even react to this, outside of random zoom out's, either via pattern recognition or actual strategy.

А, так мосты настрой пользовательские, либо обнови его.

А причина удаления какая? С Фукумеру вообще хоть какие-то контакты есть?
They don't have videos, they don't have an account, and on top of that Fukumeru have background of creating TASes for IWKTK2. What if they also TASed Super Hexagon and used that as a "record". I'm not saying it's 100% hacked, all I want to know if moderation is even sure that their records are even legitimate.
Plus like a lot of old videos are just privated or deleted even, which makes run harder to analyse if it was cheated or not.
Yea, requirements to submit run are actually very low.
I want to criticise lack of safety measures against speed hacking. Even in mobile part it's still possible to speedhack using cheat engine or any other cheating software. Thinking of any ways of detect it, on mobile it could be detected if position of clicks were shown. On fast move there should be a red line that is slightly fading away, and blue line, which is when movement is happening. If the movement is fast, but the red line is small -- it's a sign that the video was initially speedhacked and then it's speed was increased. For PC ideally hand cam, or at least clicks could be heard and had logical timing between them, that should be consistent. Somewhere in range of +-0.3s delay is acceptable. Also focus on frame rate and if it makes sense, because high frame rate on recording also could be a sign of speed hacking.
The mobile part for such runs would be extremely hard. I still unable to do 400s run on hexagon, tho I did 120s run on hyper hexagonest. It's incredibly hard to do, plus you would also have to do same levels, but with time doubled. It's cool as a challenge tho, especially on mobile. I did all levels until the void, basically. I think if void ain't that far it would be, at least, easier to learn it's patterns, which is basically all patterns of the game, and easier to recognise one from another, but it's very hard to learn because Hyper Hexagonest already extremely hard.
