When speedrunning Tournaments, i would recommend to turn off your wifi since it will greatly affect your time :))

Are launchers/emulators allowed? (TLauncher and the likes). Because my friend told me that it is allowed because it won't make any differences. Sorry in advance if this question is unnecessary or i just missed a rule. :)
