I'm sure it just depends on the TV you're using, I have the exact same thing on my tiny CRT (The colors show great on the capture card but look black in dark places on my actual TV) but I've never thought it was a big deal.
No. As said, emulator is at a disadvantage in every aspect compared to VC, and after having played on GC for a while it seems about the same. Additionally, the glitch is not made possible by a specific version but hardware limitations (Crashes on N64 1.2.) I don't see why it should be banned when emulator runs don't even show up on the leaderboards by default.
random seed glitchless 2-4 wr has broken video
Original GC controller (or n64) with adapter to PC (mayflash) is what most of us use. If that's too expensive you'll have to take your chances since as far as I know there aren't any 'great' third party controllers, I used to play with my PS4 one for a while and it worked fine though.
That's lame. I think the fun of speedrunning is taking advantage of whatever you can to make it as fast as possible.
So is NES [emu] like your run on the leaderboards (i_o_i) identical in speed to real nes hardware?
I see there are 7 versions, are there any differences in speed? Or anything else along those lines. Just curious...
I just meant that any release should be allowed. please make it that way
Now change "You can use any release version of Minecraft (no snapshots, anything beta or earlier, or pre-releases)." to no restrictions, as long as you beat the Enderdragon who cares right SwiftRage
No snapshots or beta is lame, I had some next level strats Kappa
