Punching has no input buffer so you need to time it, trying to quickly time your punches is always going to be faster than spamming F I'm not sure for normal ultraboosting but the God UB requires a specific lineup to make it to the checkpoint in 1 bhop, you can probably check some of the runs that use God UB and try to replicate it as close as you can since even if you mess up the lineup you should still be able to make it to the checkpoint with 1 bhop and 1 slidejump
