Also, the rules don't mention when the timer is supposed to start. I have been starting it as soon as I hit "play" on a new game, but apparently everyone else's loading times are different. Would suggest some sort of guide.
There should be a category added for no-skips, since PC players can't do so (iirc NDS can't do so either). I feel like this would balance the leaderboard out, as it is based on "who plays the fastest" and not "who has an Xbox 360".
The PC version is always like that. The only way to get around this is by modifying the internal files (LXB scripts) to remove unnecessary cutscenes. Unfortunately, there hasn't been a tool that can read or at least make the LXB file comprehensible, since it mostly contains animations.
I have meddled with it and got some parts working using CheatEngine, although I haven't tried completely modifying files.
Plus, I'm pretty sure that would go against the moderators and whatnot ¯_(ツ)_/¯. Then again, I could release a tutorial on how to do this, if you are okay with it.
