I have the auto splitter/load remover, I'm pretty sure I have the right version. I have 12 splits and the timer always stops right when I reach the control room right as the subway is stopping.
I'm running glitchless. This has been happening since I've loaded the auto splitter, not really sure what to do. Unless I need to have all the boxes checked in the settings which I don't have them; I'm assuming it's for flavor rather than actual use.
Not sure if I need 13 splits or if it's not that simple.
It says no seasonal characters does this mean previous seasons as well? I have a previous season wizard but it's from like 4 years ago back when I played more. I get that current seasons is a no go.
I've been doing some testing to find out what number we need to "know" before the combination lock will unlock and it's only the 8 on the paint brush that we need to click on. Not sure if it's helpful but I noticed the WR is doing frog, apple and the paintbrush. Which is what I have done as well but I thought there must be a quicker way even if the clicks aren't that slow it's still clicks.
Not sure if it helps anyone but it seems faster?
So I have the livesplit thing made by CursedToast; is this the LRT? Because I don't know how to show it if this isn't the right thing. The games I run I usually need to manually split and I'm not familiar with a lot of auto splitters.
I'm not sure what this means for WoW.
Is New Game a fresh just created account and New Game+ is the account we use all the time?
I guess I should roll back and restart computer then as it didn't work. I shall try the roll back again.
So I'm fairly sure that my game is crashing now due to nividia updating drivers. The only thing is I don't know how to fix it. I've turned stuff down, it crashes, I restore it to default, it crashes. Reinstalled game and it crashes.
I have not changed anything on my computer except update the driver. If there a way to go back?
I turned Vsync off and it's at 120 now. I will look into Rivatuner though. Thank you.
So I've been doing runs at 60 fps for awhile on PC and I want to do 120 but whenever I limit the games FPS in my graphics software it still shows 60 on the game. I've even removed the limit entirely ant it's still at 60. Frame rate isn't limited in the game options.
I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong or if I've limited something that should be higher for 120. My graphics settings are fairly low to nonexistent.
Do weapons you get on a replay through stay in the bin or do you need to get them with each replay? I'm going to practice as I just got through my casual playthrough and liked it enough to attempt NG+.
sweet. I had to end run though because i was not prepared but good to know in the future as my internet apparently likes to do that now.
If my internet cuts out and i'm not recording but streaming does that invalidate my run?
like 9 hours in internet craps out for 4 minutes but comes back on, timer is still going. I'm just not recording me cursing out my router etc.
I only recently got the game back to play casually. I have thought about speedrunning it but it's been 20 years at least since I've played it and most of the fights that I thought were hard as a kid are super easy now.
Do I need to kill all three rares that spawn in the servants quarters for it to be completed as 100%? I'm fairly sure that only one will spawn in any given run but I want to make sure before practicing runs.
I know I got the bug where the lady remained "alive" after killing her but I don't think I took an herb or if I did it wasn't as she died. She basically did her attack routine even after the fight was over, no damage then when Neil and friends came in she turned into Neil and her fire became a bunch of Lances. It was quite amusing but I'm assuming my cartridge is a bit worse for wear as the save files don't remain after the game has been shut off and I'm trying to do a casual play through.
As for the fight I've just been focusing on one of them and learning their attack routines. I've tried using the dark dash (or whatever Freedans first power is called) to try hitting them but they move so fast.
