Ok, so a couple of things. First, I changed when the timer was started. Normally the timer is started after a 36 second cut scene. This is normally when you can gain control of the character. Well with a glitch you can gain control of the character during the first cut scene and walk all the way to the escalator. I didn't think it was fair to start my timer at the normal time. So I started it as soon as I gained control after the glitch. This gives me a time of 18:11. However, if you were to subtract the 36 seconds for the first cut scene like most people do then this would give me a total time of 17:35. Second, I had to make a small edit in the video. I can't overlay a timer in lightworks for a certain portion of the video. I can only do the entire video. So, I had to make one video that was the entire timed portion of the run, then overlay the timecode, and then put that part into the main video. The audio is unedited and I also have the entire unedited video from the original recording. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
-Mod Comment- Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I was aware of the glitch, but I didn't know to the extent how much it could break the timer. All runs will be timed this way from now on.
