Speedmilk

Game gives you ridiculous speedboost if you activate milk-item on top of boost pad. However, the physics of the game also act ridiculously stupid, which makes this strat heavily RNG-based. You can control the physics a bit by activating the milk when your front wheels have already passed the boost pad.
