Can i Play music in the backround?
I have a run but it has music in the backround can I still submit it?

A run with music in the background is still allowed to be submitted, it just is quite likely to get less views due to copyright claims. However, depending on the map / level you run, you'll have a claim due to Star Wars music being used anyway, so you should be all good
