not sure what you mean based on your choice of words. If you mean what would be the best run to start with? I'd personally say its purely preference. But I'll recommend Easy and which ever character you'd like to focus on at the time. This being a good way to ease into learning without being punished to much and you can even get completions without using any strats or much knowledge. Each character has pros and cons, being fast or slow, dealing less or more damage then the others. Difficulty affects a few things such as enemy health and damage values.

Awesome, thats basically what I was looking for. Blaze Easy was where i was thinking of starting and it sounds to be the most popular, so I guess it's just time to figure out the damn twins!
Twins took me a bit to learn as well but Cest and the others helped allot with learning it and motivational support.
