Motivo: Your timer is running slow. Proof of this is that you "beat" the IL record for 3-2 by two seconds despite the level having no tech, and making a mistake yourself. You also used a timer which displays full seconds and then 30ths of a second, and treated the 30ths as the decimal places: a 42.66 time became 42.20. And ignoring the egregious timing errors, you didn't beat 4-3 or 4-4. 22/24 levels lol
