Put these in your game folder. Before you do a run, go through the cutscene that's available in each save, and when you get into the fight after it, close the game manually before the fight ends. This will allow you to skip the cutscenes in your run. Each time you finish each respective fight, you'll need to watch the cutscene and close out during the fight again.
