Hey all, I just finished a Chris Any% run and in the room where you get the musical score with two zombies, I lit the candle and the zombie never came out of the closet?? I just had to dodge the zombie behind the bookcase and grab the musical score. Has this happened to anyone else? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thought it could be a neat exploit to avoid damage in that room if this is new. Did I crack the code? Comments? Thoughts?

in my runs when i lit the candle, he opened the door. thats weird man. i guess it was a lucky moment ^^ :-P

I submitted the run and it’s on YouTube now, but found it strange that the event didn’t trigger. Crazy!

I think I figured it out, I got grabbed before I went in the door and I used a flash grenade so it must have killed the zombie in the hall and that’s why the door sequence didn’t trigger because there was no zombie to fulfill the condition to trigger the event. I must have been too tired to think of that when I posted this originally. False alarm, no big discovery

uhm yeah you put the grenade in his mouth and you walked in to the next room, in that moment when walk thru the door the head explodes and the zombie comes not in to the room :-P
