Why does the big blue battery never spawn for me? I'll be mid-run and after plugging in all the power and Ollie tells me to grab the battery it doesn't spawn. It'll spawn when I start from the Councilors Office but not when I start from the beginning of the game.

If it's Inbounds the run, you have to touch other checkpoints in the game, if you don't touch them, the blue battery never appears

You can do everything, but if you don't touch the checkpoints, it doesn't appear.

So, I just did another run, and after I got all the checkpoints and put the plug in, the battery still didn't spawn. I don't know if this could be related or not but by the time I get to the Miss Delight Chase it stops showing me if I actually got any checkpoint or not. I don't know if this is a game problem or it's just me.

I would have to see how you do the run, because you possibly skipped one and didn't realize it.

You have to touch all of them, see how I did here for the last 2 checkpoints, you definitely have to touch the last one that is on the last cable, then you connect the cables and that's it. example for last checkpoint

Possibly. I don't know why it's not showing me but in the past when I used to speedrun I'd do the same thing as I'm doing now but it actually worked so I don't know. I'm uploading the video now, the Councilors Office will start at 26:42.

I think you have to have Kissy and Poppy take the elevator down, because the checkpoints aren't generated from there. Try to find a way to have the elevator go down and then you go down from there.

I just tried and the checkpoint below doesn't appear. You have to make Poppy's elevator go down for the game to progress.
