Moderation & Leaderboards Changes

Due to inactivity of the previous moderator, a new moderator (me) will now check runs.
There will be changes in leaderboards like:
- Add Level Leaderboard
- Add In-Game Timer and sort runs by it
- Add 100% category
- Add cover
- More minor changes
I've also separate "Mouse" and "Touchscreen" because Touchscreen is faster (it's logic).

Deleting Workshop Categories
Workshop categories will be deleted for 2 reasons: First, the goal is totally arbitrary (why 50?). Second, because you can create levels yourself, these categories are irrelevant.
