I am absolutely in love with Parasite Eve. I'm also new and interested in streaming and capturing content. I did a playthrough of Day 1 and came to the conclusion that for the purpose of practicing it would be a good idea to use an emulator on computer for the use of the save states. Is this what most of you do? I'm playing on a ps3, currently. My idea is to get a good base line for each segments (each day) and then play start to finish for my first run. Also, is the mention of or use of jailbroken systems (multiman ect.) Frowned upon by the community? Any tips or advice for a newbie getting started would be appreciated!
I know one of our runners uses (or used) a PSX emulator run on their PS3. We determined it was fine since it basically ran just like a normal emulated run and categorized it as such.
What I currently use is a ripped copy of the game on my ps3 using multiman. I'll probably start using my comp for the practice though, and go from there. Thanks for the reply!
