There's so much to say about this. This might be a bit of surprise to anyone who has listened to my rhetoric: for someone who is so impassioned against playing obsolete seeds, why did I choose vine seed to get my first sub-2? Well, the answer stems from long ago--my last SSG PB that I publicly uploaded was a 2:04 on gravel seed 2.5 years ago, and that run was the last large PB cut I ever had in SSG proper. Shortly after, the vine seed was discovered and routed, and as with all seeds, I played my own fair share of it, though never admittedly to any large extent. Though so much of my playing journey has centered around SSG, I never had an SSG PB that I could point to as the culmination of my efforts. After a 2:00 time on barbecue seed, I decided that I wanted to finally achieve my long overdue sub-2 on vine seed, and those efforts have finally brought this run to fruition.

I'm very happy about the run itself. Though I have no delusions that this run is by all means amid the sea of sub-1 end enters, all in all, I am very happy with the mechanics!
