I am looking to run this, but have no means to capture 3DS gameplay. Is a video required?

I think it's allowed to take a picture of your best time in speed golf (Viewed in Toad's Booth) and take a photo of your time in a course. when running individual courses. I also don't think that it is allowed because the Video Proof is probably needed because the Moderators will not know if any runs used any star characters or not. Star Characters have an advantage because the characters can hit the ball at a further distance.
