I have the recording for the run but it is 5 mins long can I cut the video down or do they just watch the whole thing im new to speedrunning so I dont known thx

you can cut it down to a few seconds before the run starts and end it to a little after the run ends

You cant cut anything from the actual speedrun. If its "outside" the speedrun,its ok. (Be sure to not cut off the start of the speedrun..we need to see you restart or click the level.)
