Jurassic Park (SMS) - Bosses Practice Rom Hack

I've made a rom hack to help with practicing the game. It would be useful for people without save state (e.g. everdrive x3) or for first time player.

This rom hack include

- Infinite life: it helps to try the same level many time without going through the continue screen
- faster death animation: restart the level quicker when the player die
- remove level checks: level 5 can be played any time and levels can be played again
- remove almost all cutscene: the game will start directly on the map and transition very fast to the game. I wasn't able to remove the shooting part since, it's needed to setup the next level.
