I think that should be a hard subcategory because it is pretty different than easiest difficulty, is possible to fail a run being killed, against easy that is just do the skips without care about the enemies.

You're right.... There should be a category for hard players too. I'm the mod of Project I.G.I 2, I made all three difficulties section in full Speedruns there after getting requested by a player. @Snow_lame

I also wanted to create them here but both the mods are offline on the site from a long time and right now there is no chance that it will be available soon.

Who cares this game is dead anyways no speedrunners and inactive moderators.

@haseeb_heaven true!! But moderators should be active atleast every week once as nobody knows when a new run get submitted.
